Terms of Service
The rules of using Prophecy. Please read them.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Prophecy and the products provided by Prophecy Data, Inc. ("Prophecy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (21 in some jurisdictions) and legally permitted to enter contracts.
You may not use Prophecy if you reside in a Restricted Jurisdiction, as listed in our Disclosures page. We may verify your location and refuse service at our discretion.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials, wallet, and 2FA codes safe. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
Multiple accounts, mules, or coordinated trading rings are grounds for termination and forfeiture of balances pending review.
3. Trading rules
Markets resolve based on the resolution source listed on each market page. Resolution is final once the market enters the 48-hour dispute window without a successful challenge.
Self-trading, spoofing, layering, wash trading, and manipulation across venues are prohibited.
Prophecy routes orders across third-party venues. The execution price may differ from the indicative quote.
4. Fees
Free accounts pay a 2% taker fee. Plus accounts pay 1%. Pro accounts pay 0.5% and earn a maker rebate of 0.1%. Fees are deducted at the time of fill.
Withdrawals are free up to one per day. Same-day re-withdrawals incur a network gas pass-through fee.
5. Data and signals
Prophecy Signal and PMVIX are informational. They are not investment advice and we make no representations about their accuracy or future performance.
You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense any Prophecy data feed without a written commercial agreement.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraud, or compelled by law. We will return your withdrawable balance after any required review, less amounts subject to chargeback.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Markets are speculative and you may lose your entire stake. Past performance does not predict future results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email and on the in-app notification panel at least 14 days before they take effect.
