Disclosures

Risks, jurisdictions, licenses, and conflicts.

Effective May 1, 2026

Prediction markets carry real financial and legal risk. Read this before you trade.

1. Risk warning

Prediction markets are speculative. The value of your positions can fall to zero. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

Markets may resolve against you due to events outside your control. Liquidity may be thin on long-tail markets, leading to slippage and inability to exit at a fair price.

PMVIX and Prophecy Signal are informational metrics. They are not buy/sell recommendations. We make no representation that following them will be profitable.

2. Restricted jurisdictions

Prophecy is not available to residents of: France, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, Crimea, and Donetsk/Luhansk regions. If your location changes to a Restricted Jurisdiction your account will be transitioned to close-only mode.

US residents must be 18+ and may not trade event contracts the CFTC has determined to be prohibited.
